Cant agree at all. Nas was still popping when Pac dissed him and when Jay dissed him that brought his career back to the forefront.

God's Son was fire, Lost Tapes was fire, Street's Disciple was a different pace for him because it barely had that street edge but I grew to like it recently. Hip Hop is Dead was a great album. Nigger was alright. Distant Relatives was wack imo shit was too positive. Life is Good was. great album as well

I'm stating my opinion in response to a statement I disagree with.

You think about dicks too much. That Young Thug music is bad for your health.

Pac destroyed himself. Nothing Pac said had any impact on Nas's career.

Nas's career went into a bit of a dead period after pac dissed him....hence peoples opinions of i am and nastradamus...it wasnt until jay dissed him that he had a rebirth and then cemented his legacy

stillmatic isn't any better than I Am. It has a great first half( aside from smoking which is terrible) then falls the fuck off. My country and Rule are two of his worst songs. God's son is a far superior album.

IWW was absolutely horrible to. It takes an epic disaster like SD to knock IWW off the flop half of fame.

Nas is the dr. jekyll and mr. hyde of rap. He has put out some of the best (Illmatic, I Am, Life is Good) and worst (IWW, SD) albums the game has ever seen

Nigga Rule is one of the best songs on that album

lol @ Stillmatic not being better than I Am. Stillmatic is in the same league as Illmatic. You trippin bro

It was a solid album with too much filler.

If it was a single disc it would've been better, this is how I'd do it.

1. A Message To The Feds

2. These Are Our Heroes

3. Disciple

4. Live Now

5. Rest of My Life

6. Just a Moment

7. Reason (underrated Nas song)

8. You Know My Style

9. Street's Disciple

10. U.B.R

11. Virgo

12. No One Else In The Room

13. Suicide Bounce

14. Me & You

15. Thief's Theme

Live now with 2 added verses and not the female Nas dying of aids, that sekou story shit was such a failed attempt at being creative, I blame Kelis

only on the IC is Stillmatic anywhere near Illmatic. IN the real world thats a mediocre album.

Its not really about hip hop prophets.. Yes there is other prophets besides Mohammed.. I have something against men who use this title prophet to mislead, then act as if they are exposing women who are whores. Mainly in hip hop its no prophets just men with money making profit. & rappers dont expose whores, nor is hip hop a holy music.

So I hate that nas misleads.. He is just a man with money. & he don't lead, but he call himself a prophet.

What the hell are you talking about?

Anyway, it's not a classic album. A good one that has aged fairly well but it's Nas' "Blueprint 2" "Message to the feds" is one of the best intros I've ever heard. Nazerath Savage is a beast

That Rakim song was dick riding and name dropping of epic proportions. R was pissed that he used his kids govt names in that shit. You can tell when someone is out of ideas and trying too hard.

I thought it was cool but it don't have much replay value, usually a skippable track, I could do without Virgo as well
