Yes the moors help develop spanish.Tariq conquered spain in the 400-1449 if I´m not mistaked.It´s true spanish comes from latin, some arabic and other languages from around that area.But the Moors did help create spanish that´s very true.

it has Arabic influence/loan words but only in the vocabulary. there is little Arabic influence in the grammar and syntax and the roots of the language are from Latin not any African language
