Nah, 291.5 is actually the result of trying to lose weight.

I was as high as 302 back in May.

Got down to 283.5 a couple weeks ago, but then I sprained a back muscle or something and it got me off my workout routine........hence the weight gain.

Back's fine now, so hopefully I'll be able to get back on track.

I had occasional Wendy's the other day which is the the only fast food I ate in a month

Cut out the crackers

Try not to eat so much starch because even with the back issues you wouldn't have gained 7 pounds.

I ate eggs, cheese, butter, meat, lettuce, and water for a week and lost 5 pounds because I wanted to keto a bit after eating so much bread the week before

Before the back problems, I started going to the gym every other day back in May.

I'm back to 100% now, so I'll be getting back on that routine.

I have a cat and this is most definitely her personality. You can tell she doesn't really like me...just tolerates me for the food.

I can see this scenario for an indoor cat. most people usually let their cat roam outside for the night and return in the morning. my cat used to spend most of the day sleeping outside under his favorite bush.
