idk if you can see it, the vid and try was spur of the moment. but i lift in a "power lifter arch" feet back, shoulders are pinned, and my back arches under load like a bow. you can kinda tell how i spring up a bit after the tension releases. but my chin tucks so i'm not pinning my head.

Not bad.

But if you dont correct your form you will pull something in your neck.

You are laying completely flat on the bench and pressing your head into the bench thus using the muscles in your neck to push the weight as well. In the event of muscle failure in your arms, your neck will then compensate and thats when you will be outta commission for 2 weeks or more.

Bridge your back, press your shoulders into the bench, head up and you will find that you can press more weight.
