Cyborg, the chick is literally one weight class above rousey, and rousey has completely dominated her weight class in such a devastating manner, that moving up would make sense even if the older cyborg wasn't waiting for her..

But they'd rather make cyborg move down, and give her ridiculous hoops to jump through with out even half committing to a fight...

The worse part is that rousey would prolly still be the favorite in the only possible super fight in women's mma, but they just don't want to take the risk.... It's crazy

To me it's Mayweather vs Pacman minus the decades of training and history of the sport and level. Every year that Cyborg vs Rousey doesnt happen favors Ronda I think even tho I think females produce more testosterone as they get older but I still think Rondas stand up is getting at a level that Cyborg may be fucked either way.

Negative, Mayweather and paq both expressed interest in the fight, and went thru a grueling song and dance for years trying to make it only to have it fall apart repeatedly due to bullshit....

Mayweather and Ronda both wanted the other fighter to go through legal thorough drug testing. So while there are minute differences I still think the general comparison is pretty accurate imo.

The UFC is basically Dana White. Dana White in a way is the equivalent of Bob Arum except instead of controlling "Pacman" he got his wraps around "Mayweather".

Just like Mayweather vs Pacman one is undefeated vs the other one with almost no losses. These two have ran their weight classes for far too long to not have fought each by now.

You got one clean fighter vs a speculated dirty fighter or in Cyborgs case actually had her fight overturned fof higher T levels and suspended.

i think the similarities are existant enough.

Jones is smart tho... a pissed off Cormier is a sure win. Cormier expends his energy foolishly when he fights mad.

A calm cormeir is a tough fight.

He is more methodical and doesnt wadte his movements.

You know about Physiology, I just think DC cant beat Jones from a physiological combined with pure skills POV.

DC doesnt offer enough contrast in skills and isnt that much better than Jones anyway to beat Jones minus a pure lucky overhand right that works for shorter fighters over taller ie Matt Serra vs GSP.

Werdum is basically the only nightmare match up for Jones at this point, and maybe Travis Browne for a reach.
