So at my job, we cant have outages longer than 2 hours. Sometimes due to things out of your control, you're gonna have a outage that exceeds it.
When you do, you have to do paper work explaining why and have a meeting with leadership to go over it.
So i had this 5 hour outage due to a series of events that were totally out of my control. When i did my paper work, i did it like a defense attorney. Highlighting ever event to show, i clearly had no control over what happned.
So i get in the meeting and these guys spin everything to be my fault. Like, i was even supposed to magically forsee what happened before it happened.
But at the same thing, in not so direct words. They basically was telling me..look, we gotta explain this to our leadership and they gone make everything our fault. So its just a spinning wheel of bullshit.
I wanted to pull a officer daniels and go..
Instead, the reasonable adult me, actually felt their situation and pulled a mourning
So this morning while doing my job, my truck is now stuck in a ditch, called up my sup..explained the shit. He get in his feelings like..u guys got to be more careful...and ima have to have a meeting to explain this shit too..
