Ok, I've come to terms with my weight for a few months.........but I'm just now realizing that I must not be in as good a shape as I used to be.
Sounds strange, but.......at close to 300 pounds........I still felt like I was in decent physical condition.
However, I just came back from the gym and..........for only the second time in my life since I've been working out..........I had to take a shit at the gym.
The first time was about a month ago.
Strange thing is, I felt sluggish the whole time I was there........but, towards the end of my workout........I had to go to the bathroom.
I felt a lot better after dropping that load, and felt like I could've worked out for at least another hour.........but I just didn't feel comfortable working out right after taking a shit at the gym.
Not sure if this is a good or bad sign.
Definitely an inconvenience though.
