any tech savvy ppl out there.. need help figuring out this wifi shit.. weak signal, but the channel I'm on shows me I'm good, running at 100.. so, should I replace my WAP that was provided by AT&T and put in some extenders or repeaters into the other bedrooms for it to have better signal?

Put tin foils on the windows. The signal will bounce off the foil.

For a possible budget solution you can try placing aluminum foil around the Wi-Fi modem in the direction of the device you're trying to connect to. Its a double edged sword tho cuz it'll lessen the signal of anything behind it
