However, I only weigh myself once every morning on an empty stomach.
Also, the human body is made up of 90% water/fluid......so water weight is still weight.
You will probably see more success if you don't like you lost 5 lbs in a week instead of up and down 2-3 lbs daily

To an extent.
What you're saying would make sense if I was 230 trying to get down to 210.
However, at 292..........I have a lot more room to fluctuate before I level off.
Basically, I'm probably carrying around 30-40 pounds of water weight, so once I get rid of that..........then I'll probably be able to lose weight at a more moderate pace of 5 pounds a week like you described.
I've gotta get down to at least 260 for that to happen though.
