I see about 3 accidents a year at this intersection, probably because of this exact thing, and those are only the ones I see, probably a lot more.

Thats because most people do not think to look a couple cars ahead of the one in front of them.

Lets you know who didnt pay attention in drivers ed....

Nah, people are just dumb as fuck.

It's like when you're at a traffic standstill and the person doing all the honking is like 10 cars back from the hold up. That person knows damn well that if there is something going on, they can't see it, but they going to honk anyway.
