there are thousands of songs with the same titles as songs before it. Outkast's song and bank's song has no similarities at all. I could see if banks copied both the title (which is wasnt the exact title either) and the concept. The shit people find just to hate on someone else is amazing if only they'd spend that much time and effort hittin the text books the world wouldnt be fucked up.

But to stay on point, I think there will always be songs with the same\similar names after so many years. Bounty Killa had it, Lost boys had it, etc.
