I'm confused - really/seriously.

If black folks are so heroic Y are so many poor black communities being held hostage by the criminal element within? Black on Black murder rates are extremely high & fear won't allow for the good black folks to live normal lives.....actually there's probably a lot of heroic black folks within those communities but far and few in between.
