Big ups to the big homie @yeah I rap so dont ask

He hung out with one of the crews that Im a huge fan of. Would be such dope shut and a honor to actually know and kick it with dope artists and producers. Great album tho. Black Hippy on a whole nother level and they really making the rap game looking behind with how advanced TDE is. And them having Jhene is icing on the cake lol. Love when indepedent labels are successful. Forever underground here man.

I've enjoyed the album so far, but haven't gotten a chance to listen all the way. I might even like some of the songs more than Section 80. But definitely for me it's Kendrick, Soul, Jay Rock, and then Q.

Apparently Ab-Soul used to sing and wanted to get on as a singer... Old CDs are possibly available to vouch for that from what I've heard.

Is Follow Me Home any good?

It's not bad. Definitely got some nice tracks on it. Don't expect anything too lyrical from jay rock, he seems like more of the ruff thugged out type, that might just be his voice though. lol

He was a singer? Got a mixtape of his from 05, well I think it was one of the 200 cd's I lost when I moved. He was rapping on that, and it was not that good as a project. When I met him he was a rapper. We got along because we each thought the other one was dope.We went to different middle schools so in high school it must have been a shock that there was a dude who people thought was nicer than him. I could tell he was always the guy who people thought was nice and I look hella like a nerd and when people saw the battles we had they were shocked actually. We were like the only two guys who listened to Canibus too, which was different.

Man, I only know Soul, Punch, Moosa, and met Dude Dawg. Back when Jay Rock was on Warner Brothers and Kendrick on Def Jam before Ab was on Top Dawg we rolled to the studio, but they were not there. Ab wanted them to meet me. He said they must have been at their other studio in Hollywood working on Kendrick's album. We were on AIM that day and he told me I would never sell records because I needed to dumb down and people would not understand. I would rap and he would ask me what my lyrics meant and told me to write poetry. This was 06. Before I left LA I spoke to Punch and we were suppose to hang out. I think he wanted to take me to their studio too. Those never happened oddly enough. This was 2011.

I fucked this one hood rat who hung out in the Nickerson Garden projects and told me she fucked Jay Rock and Kendrick after I fucked. Then she told me her cousin fucked Roscoe Umali. Those hoes were nasty, but she had some big titties. This was 2007. She seemed to be a flip for hood dudes because the homie from 30's knew her and told me his brother tosses that around too and I found out the homie from high school was running in that a couple years after I did. Her brother is a professional MMA fighter so I'm not going to post anything else up about her.

Yeah, in seventh grade Dude Dawg asked me to rap in his studio and I got so nervous and scared because of what Moosa told me his dad would be like. People know people and it is what you do with it. SoCal is big, but people do know people and you run into people. Some people that people on this site like are cornballs in real life, I just think it is funny tbh.

Lol. Will hopefully shit will change for me sonner. I need to get out where I'm currently at, it's nothin out for me in the city of New Orleans.

He used to send CDs of him singing to blogs in those days (early 2000s). A kid who's currently rapping/running a site that I'm cool with told me about this; his dad ran one of the sites/has this CD.

You seem like a cool dude man. A lot of stories.. This game as a whole is a small one, and within the same city everyone knows each other.
