Boxing is a more traumatic sport than football.

You're not bout to compare a person getting punched in the head for damn near an hr straight with no protective gear other than to the hands to encourage more punches to the dome to any other sport in terms of violence

Dudes literally get a license to legally assualt one another for an hr.

NFL is more violent than Boxing

He'll nah, if a nigga gets a concussion in football he is pulled from the game and may miss a couple of weeks. A boxer is allowed to get knocked the fuck out over and over again until the ref stops the fight or the three knockdown rule is in place

a professional boxer fights maybe once or twice a yr??

a professional football player has atlas 16 games a yr.. not including live practices.. and the yrs leading up to his professional career..

niggas 250-300lbs runnin sub 5s in the 40 colliding at full speed play in and play out..

nah bruh.. football is more violent.

You just made a case for NFL is more frequent not more violent. If boxers fought 16 fights a year they would all be looking like Rocky Dennis.

If you a good boxer you don't get hit in the head that often.

Bullshit... It all depends on style.

Most fighters aren't Willie pep, sugar ray Leonard, sweet p or Floyd.

Shane mosley, Muhammad Ali, Roy Jones, James toney, Evander holyfield are all legends and some of the greatest boxers of all time.

All of them except holyfield were slick and evasive and all of them have /had obvious brain damage evident in the way they slur and how long it takes them to process info.

Yall out here talking about a sport Yeen got no or very little working knowledge of.

All of them also fought beyond their prime years which led to them taking unnecessary head damage.

Stand down.

Lights out, holyfield, and Shane been slurring since the late 90s and early 2000s.

Rjj recently. Srl actually retired because of head/eye trauma in his prime and then came back multiple times afterwards but he had already been medically retired before he started taking massive beatings.

Stop it son.

And that's just a few recent household names

Meldrick taylor was anotha slick boxer..... he sounds like a 90y/o man nowadays

He's dead, so it doesn't matter to him but it highlights hidden issues that contributed to their actions. This definitely needs to be properly researched. There can be something to this and the NFL needs to stop fucking around.

I seen this awhile back.. they say it can help to reduce concussions due to its flexibility
