Truthfully I don't want to change a racists mind from being racist. I just want them to know a price will be paid for their racists acts of violence so its in their best interests to leave my people the fuck alone.

Empty threats. We don't do shit politically or financially to hurt them. We still vote for the same do nothing public officials, and spend our money on material shit instead of investing in our communities in a smart way.

White people will NEVER fix this shit, it ain't a problem for them. So we need to stop looking for outside acknowledgement when it will never come. We have the means to use our $1 trillion power/influence to make a real change, but will we? We're THE swing vote in America, so why aren't we putting out a list of policies we'd like to see touched on by both parties fed/state/local? We hold all the cards and refuse to play them. Make them pander to us, or hold our vote.

Its not an empty threat. Its statement that I want to come to fruition. Big difference.

The rest is preaching to the choir.

Also we don't even have to vote to have political power. We just need to make these politicians accountable for our vote for our money and support.

Example is asians in brooklyn population not large enough to really fuck up the political process with the amount of white, black and latino people but somehow between that black DA and that asian judge Peter Liang was able to walk on killing a black man.

Their population don't mean shit. Asians have money tied up with people in high places, and also have a homeland to back them should any shit go down.

You quoted me to say what I just said in a different way?

Nah, just putting it in a clearer translation. But fuck it, You made it a hot line, I made it a hot post.

they going to have to make an example out of her....

it's past time that they do something, but it don't get no more cut and dry than this....

hands up.. walking away, shot in the back, no gun found, no evidence of him reaching for anything....

i mean.... there's absolutely no benefit of the doubt here....do playing devil's advocate... none of that...

she has to get slammed....simple as that.....

if not... expect more riots, more police getting shot, and the like.....

you can't keep denying shit like this when it's right in your face then have the audacity to blame the people who can't take it no more

Man we been thinking and hoping that for awhile, but same ole shit, shits been right in front of everyone for awhile, and yet they still kill us, with no fucks given

Who gives a shit about a DOJ investigation??

Well theoretically, they are what we'd want to happen. The problem with these cases on a local level is that the DA has to work with the cops. So if the DA goes hard at them everytime an incident like this goes down, he/she runs the risk of having the cops turn. Federal investigations would remove that conflict of interest and give a better shot for justice.

"He looks like a bad dude"

That line man. I can't stop thinking about it. He looks like a normal person in need of help. The only 'bad' they saw was his black skin. Depressing shit.

The obvious issue in all of this is why is there officers orders and instruction due to a stalled vehicle in the first place?

Obvious answer is because it's a black man.

If my vehicle stops in the street and police approach me I would like to come to the officer and say "my car broke down....I'm waiting for triple A, etc".

But if the officer is threatened merely by my presence, and I can't say shit before they attempt to "control the threat".....then what the fuck am I supposed to do....? follow a bunch of orders and jump through hoops at gunpoint because the officer is scared to death of me...I'm thrown off probably saying my car broke down.....meanwhile their adrenaline is pumping and all these fight or flight tensions are building on both sides......all because they are scared. All of this non necessary escalation, because they are scared of me.

If I were say..... a non-black.......woman, then the officer probably wouldn't feel threatened and thus I could simply come to the officer and say "my car broke down" and all of the bullshit could have been avoided.

The DOJ ain't shit. The only thing they do drag the shit until they assume nobody cares. Look at Eric Garner situation. It's how long and they still can't bring a federal indictment? Smh

You can't honestly believe that justice is gonna be served here. What - besides optimism - would ever make you think that?

This is gonna be no different than the others.

Was at work talking

and was just thinking about.. these people that ended up dead.. woke up in the morning... looking forward to coming home at the end of that day... didnt have an inkling of what would ultimately happen to them.... then you think about those final moments.. the final gasps/cries.. views.. and then thats it..

i internalize all of this shit.. not in a way that self destructive or cancerous.. just a burning rage.. now watching all of this we all go through a trauma.. and that trauma manifest itself in different way... This is not a new phenomenon this is how its been. For hundreds of years cant even wrap your mind around that shit..

Right on muthafuckin cue.....

Tulsa police confirm PCP found in Terence Crutcher's vehicle

TULSA, Okla. - Quick Facts:

Tulsa police told FOX23 the drug PCP was found in Terence Crutcher's vehicle

On Tuesday, Tulsa police confirmed a vial of PCP was found in the vehicle Terence Crutcher was driving.

Officer Betty Shelby was the first to respond to the scene Friday night near 36th Street North and Lewis, where she found Crutcher and the car he was driving in the middle of the road. Crutcher's family told FOX23 he had car troubles while on his way home.

As backup arrived on scene, officers said Crutcher was not following commands. Dashcam video shows him with his hands up, walking away from Shelby. Shelby's dashcam was not activated during the incident. TPD said they are investigating to figure out why she did not turn on the camera.

FOX23 learned it is TPD policy to activate the dash camera when officers are interacting with a person. Shelby's attorney told an Associated Press reporter that Crutcher was reaching into the window of his SUV, which prompted the shooting.

Crutcher was hit by a bullet and by a Taser during the altercation. Investigators have not released which was deployed or fired first. Crutcher died from the shooting. Shelby is on paid administrative leave while the department investigates her use of force. Tulsa police confirmed a vial of PCP was found in the vehicle Crutcher was driving.

Monday, Crutcher's family, the city, TPD and activist group We the People Oklahoma held press conferences.

During the family's press conference, they said they wanted charges filed in the case and called for peaceful protest.

Tulsa police and the city, along with district attorneys and a representative from the Department of Justice, detailed what they knew so far of the incident, investigation and the timeline for release of the dash cam video. The video was released shortly after. Helicopter video included controversial commentary from an officer saying Crutcher looked like a "bad dude"- a point Crutcher's family pressed during their conference.

FOX23 learned that two officers were in that helicopter, including Shelby's husband. TPD confirmed he was there as an observer and was not the person who made the comment.

We the People Oklahoma reiterated calls for change to TPD protocol during their own press conference.

Demonstrators gathered outside the courthouse Monday morning and again near the scene of Crutcher's shooting Monday evening.

The family planned to host another press conference Tuesday afternoon, while We the People announced a rally for Shelby's arrest on Tuesday evening.
