The gym I go to has a concentration MMA so we mix boxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, judo, Jujitsu, and mix them all up. Essentially we're learning how to fight in real circumstances as well as for competition. It's pretty dope.
I strongly recommend anyone learn a MA, even if it's just for fitness purposes. Don't think you can go wrong with boxing or even wrestling for that matter.
