Wrong she 9 months meaning its a full blown baby with a beating heart
After 6 to 8 weeks theres a heart beat meaning it's no longer a fetus
As far as cps having a case idk they might could. They could argue that shes a danger to the child's life
She's putting a man over her own child thats endangerment right there

Lol..your personal opinion of when a baby is a baby is just that. Abortions are completely legal even after a heartbeat is detected.
Clearly this woman is overwhelmed, disturbed and not in any way fit to care for another child, but I'd be curious to how her attorney would argue this in court.
