I mean, ask some people and they'll tell you every major event in modern history was a government conspiracy or a government hoax. As if nothing of significance would ever happen in the world if the government didn't make it happen with a secret malicious plot.
I mean, I'm a progressive, so I believe we need more government involvement, but STILL, I don't think the government is perfect like that. A lot of incompetency. For most of these conspiracies, we're talking about a plan that would involve hundreds to thousands of people being in on it, and yet, only crackpots with tinfoil hats who weren't involved in "the conspiracy" come out to "expose" this shit.
Watergate was a government conspiracy that only included a small group, yet that shit unraveled in just a couple years.
Face it, the government isn't gully enough to pull these big conspiracies off.

Alot of the people in the "Whitey is evil" phase believe it, all the people who believe in 2012, etc....
It all leads back to fear. Some people don't feel comfortable unless they fear something bigger than themself.
shootemwon;1282554 said:Yeah, I agree.
Despite the fact that they accuse their skeptics of just wanting to take comfort in the security of believing none of their theories are true, I suspect it's the conspiracy theorists who find some sick comfort in believing that there's someone pulling the strings and regulating everything that happens. It's just like people who believe everything is willed by God. They could never accept that sometimes shit just pops off and no one is at the wheel.

And at ChozenWun
There is a stark difference between Freemason and Mason, so stop mixing the two.
I know you a moderate brotha and all, but stop with the lies.

There's nothing wrong with going against the grain, but you have an excuse for EVERYTHING. And then you've got the nerve to treat all these coincidences like it's nothing. I'm done goin at it with you directly because you're missing the forest for the trees. Wise men listen and laugh while fools talk.
VIBE86;1282638 said:I'll post up the Pentagon ones and Flight 93 ones soon, just let me know when you conspiracy nuts are done viewing these videos.
shootemwon;1282697 said:Ok hold up. Before we continue with another generic Freemason/Illuminati thread, I want to ask something.
Can anyone give me PROOF of that these groups are out there controlling the world and pulling the strings?
When I say proof, I don't mean "Well X happened, then Y happened while at the same time Z happened, which would be a pretty big coincidence, therefore the secret world order is real"
I mean actual proof. Like you can prove water boils at 212 degrees Fahrenheit by heating it to 212 degrees and watching it boil.
If you don't have proof but still believe what you believe, that's fine. There are some things I believe that I can't prove. I just want to know if anyone can prove this stuff.
