I respect both dudes but trying to make these arguments are making you guys look suspect. 50 was a megastar like Nelly and Em but people around my way never messed with 50 like they did Tip. 50 was great to give the game a boast T.I. did shit that is still going. Honestly, I feel like these dudes all came from a world of ghostwriting and working behind the scenes and 50 was just more marketable so Dre picked him. He made the correct decision, he picked the dude from the biggest market and got him a little Cali love and they ran wild for a minute. He came back and tried something similar with Game and it worked well for a while also. Quit the hating and think about what you actually saw. Tip is far from the realist but I feel like 50 was even more scripted when it comes to the rap game.

50 is an average Lyricist but he has some dope lines verses and a few songs that are lyrically competent.basically he's aight and at times borderline nice.

T.i. Has way more nastier lines verses and songs that you can say show lyrical ability and skill he's not scarface but he's no slouch man...he like a six or seven out of ten lyrically.

50 more personality and better hooks..

Naw see...I actually think relapse is his best work, his lyricism and concepts were great on that album, but old head em fans didnt like the voice he had on that album and either choose MMLP or SSLP, but then you got younger fans now that think Recovery is his best work
