50 cent french cant make a song hot without a feature LOL just look at this monkey he gets 2 white boys on the track both bigggest fanbase in amerika!

true but fifs true hit that put him on the map was IN THE CLUB ... so that shuts all that talk down ... doesnt matter what hes doing 10 years later just the fact he is still here and still rich is a major accomplishment in itself ... will french still be able to make popular collabo records 10 years down the road ??

In Da Club is a classic Song the best club banger ever but a huge part of that Song sucess was the beat that Dr Dre Produced that Eminem gave to 50

so , by going by that standard ,now rapper has a hit by themselves and the producer, a&r and label owner should get equal credit was the song writer

Not even but the beat Dr Dre made for In Da Club was very epic and the beat was the best part of that Song not to say 50's Lyrics and Flow were not great it is aclassic Song cos it had the complete package but the beat outshined 50's Lyrics even tho they were great on the Song. I don't agree that 50 needs features for a Hit tho i mean he does today to an extent but he still can make good solo singles on his own.

Lose Yourself for example is a Hit that was Produced by Eminem, the Hook was performed by him and the Lyrics were performed by him so that is a Song for example were Eminem did everything on his own if you get what i was saying.

so ?? every great song has a great producer behind it ... thats what makes it great ????????? come on son ... the argument here is french got too many features and folks is saying fif got to many features too with his latest single .... however this is 10 years later ... Fif came out the gate singing his own intro, verses and hook ... no eminem feature and yes dre produced it which is a moot point ....... cause no one is knocking producers ... if thats the case then we gotta knock nas for working with track masters, jayz for working with timbo, dmx for working with swizz etc etc etc ..... if there is anything every rapper needs to make a hit ITS A GREAT PRODUCER !!!!!!!! but you dont neeed 4 other successfull artist on 1 record to make your shit pop !!!! its a good strategy but its not needed ..... well if your name is french montana, maybe you do need it lol jk lol ;) i fucks with french but he def needs to put his seatbelt on cause his ride is just starting even tho hes been in the game for a minute on the underground .............

the in the club beat is WACK !! imo ... no one is hype to rhyme over that instru .... it only had a run because of how popular the original song was but that beat is WACK !! ... if we go thru dres catalog of beats IN THE CLUB is def one of the worse ..... but combined with fifs intro, hook and verse made it what it was .......

this is what you call finding away to be right ... you keep expanding your responses just so you can sound right ... how did we go from having 2 many people on one song ... to oh well fif didnt produced the record and eminem gave him the beat fif doesnt deserve any credit for IN THE CLUB ... according to you NOW he had to find the beat, produced it and write the song in order to make a point ... if we add the producer to these songs that french be making its a lose lose situation LOL ;)

in the world of hip hop since its beginning stages ... TO THIS DAY guys like Eminem are rare these days ... aint too many Rappers picking up an MPC and making beats ... the ones that do STARTED OUT MAKING BEATS .... a la Kanye West, Hit Boy, Swizz etc........ out side of those guys theres a rare case where someone who started out rapping and got successfull rapping starts producing ... Eminem ... so in light of that please stop reaching cause fif hasnt produced 1 record in his catalog ... however he has written hooks and verses that have gone to #1 and beyond ... he didnt need any features until he eventually over exposed himself ... he was the guy you wanted for a feature to help your shit blow ... shit he still is that guy a la Love Rance, YG, Mann, Jeremiah etc.......

Don't get it twisted In Da Club is a legendary Song but i thought the beat on that was special i agree that 50 is a good Artist he don't need features usually for a Hit this is why it's pretty stupid he got a wack ass hook from dam Levine

Both 50 Cent and Eminem known for making catchy Hooks they both have most their Hits of them doing their Hooks so this Song would have been way better with a catchier hook from 50 or Em rather than Adam Levine

50 made in the club. Give that beat to anybody else it wouldn't even make the album.

When people dance to club songs like In Da Club in clubs or at parties they don't care about the Vocals or Lyrics all they care about like with all clubs songs is the beat so you are way off

that is true for about 98% of the songs you hear in the club ... but when it comes to Fifs song in the club ... folks love singing the INTRO ... thats probably the best part of the entire song INCLUDING THE BEAT ... the beat just sets the TEMPO its really nothing special ..... but the second favorite is the HOOK !! folks love singing the hook ... and fif got a few lines in there that stand out and folks have re-used like BANKS TOLD ME, IF THEY HATE, LET THEM HATE, AND WATCH THE MONEY PILE UP .......

personally i was never a fan of this song and it kind of turned me off the fif wave when this drop ... i was a big fan of fif pre GRODT ............

That wasn't even sung that was just a Rhymed intro i think you delusional the fact always been club songs are based on the beat.

It is based on the beat but 50 made the song catchy.

That he did yeah no 1 will deny that but the most catchy part was Dr Dre's beat. Remember In Da Club didn't even have any Singing on the hook either it just a Rapped Hook, Rapped Lyrics.

"Now, my question is who they gonna blame when I'm back number one on the Billboard again" 50 Cent - "Get Up"

The Billboard charts have confirmed what most of us already knew, 50 Cent has a hit record on his hands with "My Life."

The Eminem and Adam Levine assisted banger makes its debut this week at No. 27 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song charted at No. 6 on the top R&B/Hip Hop Songs and No. 2 on the R&B/Hip Hop Digital Songs.

"My Life" is also the No. 5 Rap Song and No. 14 on the Canadian Hot 100.

The stats are very impressive for a song that was just released last week.
