too bad he did it in a bad way and made this genre look more bad then ever before.

all based on lies, deceit and deception, just like the fake c.o. ross.

and the rest of them.

50 could spit (Not sayin he's the best but he's far from the worst) and he has flow... He just finished what he came in the game for... Get Rich... So that Hunger isnt there any more and that what seperated 50 from everybody when he dropped the nigga sound soooo Hungry that his place couldnt be denied... But

Get Rich or Die Tryin is a Classic IMO and 50 Cent is the Future, Guess Who's Back, No Mercy, No Fear, and Power of a Dollar are all classic street albums/mixtapes in my book....

The Only good song from him was many men, otherwise I Do not like him at all, most of his albums suck ass and he has no real talent and he couldn't even beat real rappers like Nas, AZ and other much better ra[[ers, because they have more substance in their music and have something that this clown care about is their promise to protect and defend their love for hip-hop.

GRODT is up there with Illmatic, Reasonable Doubt, and the Marshal Mathers LP
top 5 all time classic album imo
To me he stayed spittin on them G Unit mixtapes tho

Illmatic is the only classic you named, and GRODT is significantly worse than Reasonable Doubt.

GRODT, Beg For Mercy, and his n the G-Unit mixtapes were all great or on point, hasnt had any albums that have been like that since.. Im thinkin he might be able to regain his image after his next album though, but thats just me

I Doubt it, game and young buck saw the truth in him and they left while they can, let's face it, even with all of the money and businessman he has, he's still a laughing stock of this hip-hop community and because of that, this genre may never recover fully, look at MC Hammer & Vanilla Ice, they were a disaster to this genre just as much as 5-0/lil wayne has done and thank god tupac, cypress hill, Dr. Dre and some others brought the realism back into the genre.

and asides from mixtapes, 5-0 still sucks, I Never like him and neither should true hip-hop heads.

that's why I Only listen to pre 1999 hip-hop (except a few current good artists out there) that's it.

we need a rapper that actually needs to defend their love for hip-hop.

how is 50 a sellout?

has anyone ever made money that yall dont hate on? holy shit yall must be some broke ass niggas

Who cares if he sold out, only his fans seems to be mad at 50. Like some posters said he dropped that GRADT album with which was a classic and went diamond, now he's just enjoying his money and having fun.

I'ma let yall niggas know this right now. if I had the opportunity to throw my hat in the ring and coon it up for 300 million dollars. It would take a 7 nation army to hold me back.

Any man that says they wouldn't ain't been broke enough yet.

Of course you would coon it up thats what people like you were born to do.

For every Chuck D there are 10 Gucci Manes...for every Bobby Rush there are 10 Clarence Thomases....

Thank Gawd we still have men with integrity and principles who wont sell there SOULS for any amount of money.

Because neocons like 5-0 have no REAL respect for this genre, except to trash it.

Shut Up about that shit, Nas is a true supporter of hip-hop no matter what genre.

lol, so that wasnt nas in his sell out mode? dont lie to yourself, you know why nas is a "hip hop soporter"? because thats how he can make money, nobody bought his shit when he sold out in a traditional sense, so he "sold out" by being all about that "true" hip hop to pander to the audience that would acually soport his shit, if ochie wally went platinum single hed be on some wacka flaka shit right now
