50 filed chapter 11 bankruptcy.. Chapter 11 protects you from creditors seeking money.. while you reorganized your debts.. this stops..creditors that the debtor(50) owes money to.. from collecting any money.. it's a 2 year process.. Nobody such as creditors can come at his head in the mean time and collect any type of money from him..

The nigga is going to come up with a payment plan.. 50 is going to use both his existing assets and any income going forward for these payment plans and while he's putting together a plan, his creditors have to leave him alone... that's where the "protection" of chapter 11 comes in...

So once 50 has made the payments determined in the plan... any remaining debts or amounts are discharged...with the exception of taxes, student loans, child support or alimony, criminal fines, and debts... of which the debtor(50) is aware of but the nigga probably is not going to include that in his plan. that's a smart nigga..the bitch may not even get the full amount..

Bruh, he swore under oath that his NET WORTH was $4.4 million.

That may not be "broke", but its a far cry from the $144 Million that Forbes Magazine estimated.
