Not the whole city. The thing is you have areas where you can get property for way less than other areas of the country but Every major city including Atlanta has higher priced areas. There's plenty of million dollars property out in Buckhead. You need money to live out there by any standards. The whole north side area costs more. 500,000 dollar houses and whatnot arent uncommon. But that mansion is on the South side which has some higher priced areas but is generally less...still he bought it for way less than Holyfield paid for it it was probably a great investment...as far as value but I remember when Holyfield built it I heard it took a million per year for expenses smh. So have to factor that.

The fact that Ross got such a discount mean that Atlanta area took a big hit during the recession. I know there's big plans to gentrify Atlanta and to end it's days as a Black city. I don't want to see that happen.

The land holds more value than the house, in ross case. He can demolish the mansion and put up a townhouse community and have steady income for life. there's already town homes in the area so I doubt he'll get hung up on zone restrictions.

I seriously doubt 50 could do the same. He's in a rich neighborhood and they'll probably shut down any affordable housing in that area.
