Not if he actually owns the property and land...that piece of land is ridiculously valuable
How so? Atlanta is cheap.
Cheap compared to northern prices...that stuff adjust for the area you're in just like salary does.

Ironically CT's murder rate is actually higher than NYC.
Not that part of Connecticut.
Farmington CT is 15 minutes from TE/Murderer Aaron Hernandez's home town of Bristol and about 20 mins from the North End of Hartford which is usually top 15 in crime city rankings.

CT is tiny and the fucked up areas are really fucked up because there's zero to do, but Farmington is more of a robberies and theft place. Low murder rates.
CT is the richest shitty state in the Union.

Not the whole city. The thing is you have areas where you can get property for way less than other areas of the country but Every major city including Atlanta has higher priced areas. There's plenty of million dollars property out in Buckhead. You need money to live out there by any standards. The whole north side area costs more. 500,000 dollar houses and whatnot arent uncommon. But that mansion is on the South side which has some higher priced areas but is generally less...still he bought it for way less than Holyfield paid for it it was probably a great investment...as far as value but I remember when Holyfield built it I heard it took a million per year for expenses smh. So have to factor that.

CT is considered the Tri-State area along with New York and New Jersey. But for some reason I can't think of any rappers or groups coming out of CT except for The Skinny Boys and they came out in the 80s and weren't really that successful, although they did make 3 albums.
