From my recollection everybody was beefing with everybody so Cam just dissed 50 for absolutely no reason. At least thats how I remember it.

Cam started that. Just like Rick Ross

50 started it up with Cam by talking greasy about how much industry pull he had. 50 has this nasty habit of trying to stand on his toes when standing next to his peers. Cam saw what 50 was doing and called him out. By saying he could shut down Koch, he was saying he could shut down Dipset.

Now, it can be argued that he did it indirectly but all Cam did was respond to 50's passive aggressive shit talk.
