Both projects have one producer. Both deal with family. Both deal with issues that keep black people down. Lack of wealth and foolish spending habits and police brutality and the government. Both touch on religious beliefs or reasons they lack it. Common believes in Christ while Jay has issues due to his Grandfather. Both talk about love. Both are each rapper last work. And both executive produced by no ID. So they are comparable.
