Jay Z made a deal with sprint earlier in the year for them to own a piece of the company a 33% stake to be exact which they purchased for over $200 million. The fact is Jay Z bought this company to benefit artist in the industry who have been getting the short end of the stick on the business side of things for the last few years. I see the point some of you are trying to make about who has he hired, but the truth of the matter is it was never about creating jobs at that level more so it was an opportunity for the artist to start profiting from their own sales of music. This was a good move at the end of the day, especially for the artist.
