Erykah Badu on another level. Her last two albums weren't up to par as her first 3 but she still my favorite female singer.

1. Jill - she's got awesome vocals, her lyrics are dope and unpredictable, her stage presence is phenomenal.
2. Lauryn - She's got what Jill has (although not sure about her stage presence) except she only has one album. I prefer the soul of Lauryn's voice over Jill. Ex-Factor still gives me chills.
3. Erykah - She has the weakest voice of the bunch. Her music is great, but her latest works are not as timeless as her earlier work.

I'd like to add Corrine Baily Rae, she would come before Erykah.
