Y'all niggas still tryna make that pac ain't lyrical story stick huh....and when did being mega lyrical automatically win you a battle I mean arguably the greatest battle in hip hop (jay vs nas) had two great diss records which in all reality neither was really all that lyrical they were just really dope songs with great one liners in em and Im fairly confident that pac could create great diss records without having to be super lyrical

Big was doing fine when Pac was alive, he had gold singles and platinum albums. He even got the cover of The Source. As far as Jay-Z is concerned, He made Jay a star.
