if were talkin about flow and delivery hands down its jay. but if were talkin subject matter and story telling ability its pac. im not a jay fan at all. he has a few good songs other than that i dont care for him, but the dude is talented nonetheless. but pac could write some shit that everybody could relate to no matter where your from or what color u are. to be completely honest ive never heard RD or BP or any other jay albums except for vol. 2. but IN MY OPINION pac has to have the better catalog. he wrote about a lot of real shit and came from his heart. how many other rappers have a song like keep ya head up?
