Suge made him sign a multi album contract and I think he still owed albums on another label. He was motivated to get his freedom and start his own label. All that Death Row shit was his throw away talk guy shit.

His real body of music woulda been later.

if that's the case, then he really was miles ahead of ppl since his catalogue is already the best ever and if those were just throw aways...wow

.. and he's one and probably the only dead rapper known virtually still living vicariously

through threads like yours

What ever the reason was he still made a ton of great music and even shot multiple movies in a short amount of time, which shows that he did have a great work ethic. You Gotdamn fool

It's crazy that Pac didn't have enough money to get out of jail, which forced him to sign that contract with Suge. He had tons of hit songs before he got locked up.

Your name is Logic First tho. So why you didnt use logic first, before making this thread. Working hard and consistently = Work ethic bruh.

This nigga Pac is immortal..they gonna be talking about him for ages

This is why he is, without doubt, the Greatest Of All Time.

My grandkids, great-grandkids, and great great-grandkids will be bumping Pac shit. That can't be said for any other rapper.

If what you say is true, then that only shows the true greatness of Pac, assuming he rushed all those songs out, he still has the greatest catalogue of any rapper in history. In my mind there's 2pac, and then there's everyone else. I do agree 2pac's music down the line would have been even better, that's the shit that kills me!

Hundreds to thousands of years from now, they'll be playing 2pac. He has more classic songs then any other rapper I can think of, but I think Biggie will be played for a long time too, Eminem possibly but not in the same way.

No one can ever convince me that he wanted off Tha Row when he died. This dude was more entrenched in the Death Row persona than ever in September '96. Shouting out MOB Piru's, talking blood shit in his records, MOB tatted on the back of his right arm, fighting Southside Crips, championing Death Row East. But he was trying to get off Tha Row? Lol some of y'all are funny.

He had Makaveli Records being distributed through Death Row and when asked about where he wanted to be in 5 years - he said having an A&R job at Death Row. The contracts were shit and he obviously ain't have much money when he passed but he loved Suge and vice versa. Suge gave him a team that rode for him when everybody else was shitting on him.

Those are some really good points. I can't even counter that.

When you're motivated to accomplish a particular goal and WORK HARD to achieve it that is work ethics.

The ethic of work is to be diligent, persistent, consistent and goal focus.

If his goal was to get off Death Row, he applied amazing work ethic to do so with a prolific catalog to account for it.

Stay in school, kid.
