Top 2 I think is cemented, I woulda had Cavs at 1 if IT wasnt gonna be injured half the season, 3-5 is a toss up. Im pretty confident at Wizards at 3 but the Raptors and the Bucks could switch that 4 and 5 spot easy. 6-8 is a gamble.

Last year the t wolves defense sucked with wiggins,lavine and towns on the floor.It was solid with any combo of 2 of those 3 on the floor so jimmy should definitely help them defensively.They still don't have enough shooting imo
