Weaker conference where a top 4 seed is easily attainable

Hayward will be damn near guaranteed an all star spot

His coming sets the foundation for more quality FAs in the future to build around

Have vets and quality young players that aren't draft picks in the future

His work ethic is through the roof which is a great sign. I'm also expecting Stevens to play him more despite only getting 17mpg (should have gotten more) he still was efficient on and off the ball. Our best offensive wing in a while and I'm excited about him and Tatum playing together
