Khaleesi your butt looks nice.
Thank you baby. Been working on it. Still needs work.
Squats with weights and deadlifts are what I do most.
You looking niceeee @Khaleesi
How often do you workout? I got the 2lbs and 6lbs dumbells, but the 6lbs has gotten too heavy for me now so I stick with the 2lbs. How many pounds do you use?
What the heck are deadlifts?
Oh and how much does your athleticism with the poll contributed this body of a goddess of yours?
@BlackCat, thank you baby.
I work out 5 days a week. Every day after work.
First I do cardio all 5 days for 25 minutes.
Then I do 45 squats (3 sets of 15).
Then I use a barbell with 10lb weights on each side to do my set which starts with deadlifts, press up to chest, press up to complete arm extention, press down to behind my neck on my shoulders, then I do a deep squat, then another press up complete arm extension, then down back to my chest, and then down by my hips and then I repeat starting with the deadlifts again. I do that set a minimum of 8 times in a row with no breaks.
I like the rowing machine at the gym which helps with my triceps so I make sure to do atleast 30 (sets of 10) with 40 lbs everyday.
I also like the leg press machine which I set to 90lbs and do 30 (sets of 10).
I haven't actually danced on my pole for a while since I've started the gym, but I do incorporate it when I'm doing squats at home.
Deadlifts are:
I don't do isolation workouts, where people specifically workout a certain part of their body on certain days.
My goals are to be 140lbs, 26 inch waist, and tone my whole body (especially my arms) and maintain a lifted round booty lol.
I should meet my goal by Thanksgiving according to my Fitbit.
I am also on a 1500 calorie/day or less diet. Which isn't really as difficult as that sounds. I eat 400 for breakfast, 400 for lunch, and 700 or less for dinner depending on how much I snacked during the day.
They say you should make breakfast your biggest meal of the day but I get physically sick and nauseas when I eat a big breakfast so I just stick with what makes my body feel good and with what keeps me energized throughout the day.
Oh, and I only drink water and I only snack on granola bars and dry almonds if I'm feeling hungry during the day.
