Appreciate bruh.. My mom been blind for two years now becuz of it and my dads on dialysis now.. I didn't find out myself til I had an accident last year not knowing my sugar was almost 500.. At least my shit ain't get like my cousin... Passed out 2 weeks ago on his bike.. Nigga sugar was 1200.. Ion know how he's still alive

i'm still big....my weight just is distributed differently since i've been lifting more....even my wife thinks i'm losing weight, i actually just gained like 3 pounds....it's just more muscle
