Homemade Lemon Sugar Scrub

I love shit like that. I make my own bath salts and body butters. What's in it?

Me too

Coconut oil 1/4 cup

Sugar 1 cup

Lemon essential oil 8-10 drops

Very small amount of vanilla like 2-3 drops

I doubled everything and it made 6 jars

You can replace the sugar with Epsom salt . They have this one that it infused with lavender that's really nice with the lemon oil

Coconut oil>>>>>

Sweet almond oil is dope too (it's a good massage oil as well)

I been thinking about getting some essential oils. I thought they were a sham but I put some peppermint and lemon on my wrists and it really did help me stay alert and more relaxed. I heard lavender is really good to use to fall asleep.

Lavender is great for relaxation. Some essential oils smell like shit tho so you have to be careful. Rose hip oil smells like hot garbage idk why they make it. Aromatherapy works tho.
