I cook Tex Mex not Mexican food so everything I said was on point

Corn tortillas are for tacos, enchiladas , tostadas , Etc.

You can't see everything in there. Lol But for my Tex mex dishes I use various chilis, cumin , garlic, onion , cilantro, coriander , etc

And I don't steal anything ... I cook what tastes good no mater where it originated from

the other night I did some pecan and parmesan crusted Swai fillets with roasted rosemary potatoes and sauteed corn and peppers w/ turkey bacon and scallions......
