my first memory of watching baseball as a shorty was when andre dawson was tossed and he was throwing bats on the field -- years down the road when i really got into baseball i learned it was joe west who made that call lol that aint even the worst call either i seen him appeal to third base on a check swing form lance johnson and when the 3rd base ump said lance checked joe still rung him up
but yea that soler shit was damn near at his ankles
