to me one of the key factors for the cubs to surprise this year hinged on jake arrieta -- in the 3 full seasons he has pitched he had era's of

4.66

5.05

6.20

then last season he put up a stigny 2.53 on some 2003 esteban loaiza shit

today he continued to be lights out going 7 scoreless innings against the st louis cardinals no less who always seem to fuck up any little thing the cubs got going
