I think they let Future rock by default. Nobody sold anything this year, you could just put out a studio album and be on that list. Future's album went double weave glue, but at least he put out something. He definitely isn't going to be higher than 8, but he can start somewhere. Meek should've been higher based on that criteria, cuz he sold more and he's on the radio as much as Future, but whatever... fuck an MTV anything anyway.

On that note, I wonder where Drake and Wayne is gonna be... according to this panel, you're not hot if you don't put out an album, and these cats ain't put out one in almost 2 years. ADHD FTL.
