I started at the beginning of the year. I was a whopping 197 lbs, now Im down to 184. Trying to get down to 150-160 by the middle of june though. Thats like 6-8 pounds a month....1.5 to 2 lbs a week..doable but hard. Mainly doing cardio with occasional calisthensics, at my age im trying to lose the bulk(muscle mass) from my 20s.
