Biking is a goood way to naturaly achieve it. It tighen the buttocks area too.

I thought that I wouldn't be good at doing a workout regimen so I started doing a workout dvd and I've noticed results. I do the cardio and kickboxing routines. But on the days that I don't feel like doing it, I hop on the treadmill for .3 miles and do 50 push ups, crunches, lunges and squats.
