I would say racism is managable now a days, but it really shouldnt stop you from prospering.

Blk ppl who are qualified still have to wait longer to ifnd the then your average white worker.

there is still a discrepacy in pay and sentencing for crimes even when you adjust for all variables..

but in reality all blk person has to do, is get basic reading comprehhension skills, go to college

or get a trade fill out a finanvial aid application move to a big liberal city and they will live better than 90%
