So basically its only 1 team that can stop the dubs....

Dream team.

Its the voltron of all voltrons

Prime lakers with Shaq and Kobe

Prime Lakers with Magic, Worthy and KAJ

Prime Duncan, Parker and Manu

To much inside muscle for Green and whoever set of bugs they throw out there

Maybe Prime Lakers with Magic, Worthy, KAJ, Cooper and Rambus.

The other two... eh.... possibly. Prime Shaq and Kobe still wouldn't have much scoring off the bench, but Prime San Antonio would be somewhat interesting.

What people are also forgetting is that the Warriors have a top tier ranked defense too. And "muscle" would mean very little when the Warriors are dropping 25 3s a game on you...

Their defense is good.

But their offense is so elite it forces teams in terrible shot selection just to try and catch up

To be safe, Dubs in 6... Probably 5.

It wouldn't even be close. The Warriors depth and offensive firepower would overwhelm the Bulls. They never faced a team anywhere near as loaded as Golden State in the finals.

if the 90's rules were in play a whole lot of that fire power would be void....Draymond gettin ejected after Rodman picks on him for a few mins......Klay got a job on his hands....Steph gone be tired and aggravated

it aint shit you can do about a 7 foot shooter in either scenario lol

How so? Even with Scottie doin' his thing as the greatest perimeter guard and MJ not too far behind, there is only so much Pip could do against Durant, and MJ could probably lockdown Klay without too much problem, but Harper wouldn't keep up against Curry. Plus there is no evidence of any of them stoppin' the long 3, especially during the two years the 3 point was moved UP to only 22 ft.

As for Rodman getting to Draymond... perhaps. But would Draymond get ejected though? Since cats LOVE to talk about how PHYSICAL the game was in the 90s (a myth propagated by YouTube compilations and ESPN), who's to say Draymond doesn't get to Rodman as well?

Also, Rodman made his bread and butter as an INTERIOR defender. Draymond would force him out of the paint with his 3 ball and off ball movement. Rodman would be much more challenged than usual having to follow Draymond everywhere on the court, especially with the ILLEGAL DEFENSE rule back in play.

What it would really come down to in a 90s era Finals is 3 things:

1) How many 3s could the Bulls defense limit WHILE ALSO having to guard the Dubs MAN TO MAN with NO OFF BALL DOUBLE TEAMS.

2) How the Bulls bench would be able to do ANYTHING effective against the Warriors bench.

3) How many free-throws would the officials give Jordan to keep the gap close enough for the Bulls to have a chance in the 4th quarter of games.

I swear cats haven't really thought this thing through...
