This. My nigga caught a 20 year bid back in 2003 for robbing this old white couple for $6500. She got off easy. She won't stay the whole 9.
Probation ain't enough imo, but 9 years seems like cruel and unusual punishment. I doubt the average 15 yr old just up and decides to become a prostitute let a lone go thru with it. Her situation should be taken into account. I think a year or 2 would be enough to drive it home that this is serious....

I would recommend some kind of program instead of jail time, yes. Because he is a child. Clearly he needs some guidance and a positive role model. A 15 year old is a child. Once people get this mentality, then they will understand what I'm saying.

Compassion? She doesn't have the complexion for the connection to get compassion from the American criminal justice system. Due to the serious nature of the crime, she should receive some jail time, but not 9 years. Also, how good of mother will she be? As my father always told me, the reason why he never participated in robberies is because it was to easy for them to parlay into murders, and it could've have been very easy for one of those pedo tricks to end up bodied.

Kids know the difference between what's right and wrong when they are 7 years old, but that doesn't take away the fact that they are a child.
At 15 bad decisions can be made and you could know that it's wrong, but they are 15 years old. They have an under developed frontal lobe which we all know impacts our judgment. They don't think of consequences. They dont see long term. They think they are invincible.
The fact that a 15 year old child is prostituting her body AND has two TODDLERS instead of being in school and doing what normal 15 year do then it's a clear sign of abuse and dysfunction within her family. She CAN be helped with counseling and positive guidance. I see it happen every day.

The judicial system is too flawed..Unless you have great lawyers to protect you , These courts can take your life away in the name of fake justice ..You can go in there with minor offenses and come out with major time

I can't see any circumstance where the judge wouldn't know she was 15.
Moreover, ignorance is not a viable defense.
