Its weird the nigga doesn't look like he's running from a crime. There is also no blood on him whatsoever. A witness said that's definitely him because of the jacket, but if that's the case how did they get the 1st suspect wrong being he couldn't have had the same jacket on.
It seems they don't know who killed the boy and just arrested the first nigga they found running on camera, to appease the public smh
