10 years later how do u feel about Cheers album by Obie Trice?

Solid album, thought he would be around alot long than he was. Coming out under Em I cant remember if he was a casualty of 50's success or not
 
only song i still bump is the setup. and not even the original, the remix where Redman got his Eminem albums confused. That must've broken Em's heart lol

He went platinum with this album though atleast he can look back and say he got a platinum plaque so many rappers can't say the same

Thats what i'm saying, Cheers was a successful project. I was suprised there wasnt more support for the follow up

True but even his second album went Gold Eminem laced him with some classic production on both albums
 
damn good album. this was my joint circa 2004. nice production good concepts and lyrics. he should have blown up in my eyes. good post t/s

Obie is dope, this album is too but I won't go as far as to say its classic. The production was fire, Oh!, The Set Up, We All die One day, shit hits the fan are all bangers.

Hell yeah it's a top 5 best produced ever album in my opinion

Every beat was a straight banger this was wen Em was at his peak as a producer

Rappers: Big Herk, Elzhi, Royce, Guilty Simpson, King Gordy, Danny Brown, Slum Village, Purple Gang

Producers: J Dilla, Black Milk, Icewood,
