I think I remember the Joker actually hatching a plan at that moment, and Catwoman was involved for some reason.

yeah he had her tied up and ready to be ground into cat food. in this episode they all share stories about how they almost killed batman. joker had batman in an electric chair that lit up when he told a joke but the thing was he had that sit com canned laughter that never ended and the audience was cardboard cut outs lol. penguin almost killed him with in his bird house with a killer emu and some poisoned beaked humming birds but bats had and antidote in his utility belt and he somehow outsmarted the emu. penguin called it his" aviary of death". every one at the table scoffed at the name. they couldn't appreciate the theatricality those "mundane miscreants"
