well there were poor whites getting abortion as well and that contributed to a decrease in crime.

blk ppl are 12.5 percent of the population and about 35% of all homicides. so technically if there were less poor blks

there would be less crime overall.

I know other racial groups are poor but,Im talking about fixing the blk community.

I dont see the harm in doing it, as long as its voluntary. God knows there are too many people in the world in general, we're using up too many finite resources. I'm not broke but if the govt paid me to get a vasectomy, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Kids are too much of a headache anyway, I love my freedom more than anything else.
