Its still a difficult shot trying to hit a moving target while leaning out of a window.

Even if he was holding the rifle left-handed it would have been easier to take the shot while the motorcade was right in front of him rather than waiting until the car had gone 100 yards to his right.

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Saturday that, subject to receipt of further information, he planned to allow the opening of long-secret files on the November 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy that are scheduled for release next week.
