Reggie Noble has always been a top tier MC in the game for the past 18 years now, but he refuses to expand beyond his actual demographics in MUSIC (the underground Hip Hop weedheads and New Jerz reps). His few touchdowns in mainstream (the movie How High, Doc's The Name 2000 which went platinum and the first Blackout! album with Meth and his Red and Meth short-lived sitcom) are very noticed..but he's not the type to go all the way to the far right and he influenced many MC's which have already been called out in this thread (Eminem and Luda especially.)

Definitely in the top 20 no doubt.

he lacks diversity and has shown zero growth as an artist...

Damn I felt the same way about wayne back in 05/06 and as the years went on I stoped fucking with him altogether. Its weird that description fits redman though.
